By subscribing to InboundRecovery, you agree to the following terms.
InboundRecovery provides revenue protection services including:
InboundRecovery facilitates SMS communications on behalf of client service businesses. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent prior to sending SMS communications through the platform.
Services included depend on the selected tier.
Service activation typically occurs within 7–10 business days following onboarding and receipt of required information and account access.
Activation may occur during a subscription trial period.
Each tier requires:
The setup fee is charged immediately upon enrollment.
A subscription is created at enrollment and may include a trial period of up to seven (7) days to allow onboarding and activation.
The first recurring subscription charge will be processed automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Clients retain access to services through the end of any paid billing period.
Coverage applies only to services included in the selected tier.
If within 60 days InboundRecovery is not:
We will correct verified service deficiencies.
If we fail to correct verified service deficiencies, the following month's subscription fee will be waived.
This guarantee does not apply to:
Clients agree to:
Failure to provide required cooperation may impact system performance.
InboundRecovery is not responsible for:
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing period.
Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior payments.
Access to services continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
