InboundRecovery provides SMS messaging infrastructure for local service businesses. Messages are sent by the local service provider you have interacted with. InboundRecovery facilitates the delivery of those messages on their behalf.
All SMS communications are strictly transactional or conversational in nature and relate to an existing customer relationship.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages unrelated to active service operations.
Consent is collected directly by the local service provider during customer interactions, including phone calls, appointment scheduling, service requests, or job completion. The service provider informs customers that they may receive service-related text messages.
InboundRecovery does not independently collect consumer phone numbers for unsolicited messaging.
No marketing or promotional SMS messages are sent without separate, explicit written consent from the service provider and recipient.
SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except our messaging infrastructure providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
